Braised Fish Head

Prepare the ingredients, cut the fish head in half from the middle, and cut off the fish head and fin

Stir-fry red oil on low heat

Fry the fish head for two minutes (do not move the fish head and fry until the shape is set)

Flip and fry for another two minutes (also don’t set the shape, the fish will loosen when shaken)
