Casserole Garlic Fish Head

Wash and shred the onion.

Sliced pork belly.

Add soy sauce, Magixian, vinegar, oyster sauce and white sugar to the bowl, mix well and set aside.

Fry the fish head on both sides in a frying pan and serve.

Heat an appropriate amount of peanut oil in a casserole and add shredded onion.

Stir fry for a fragrance.

Sprinkle a layer of fresh garlic on top of the onion.

Spread pork belly slices on top of fresh garlic.

Put the fish head on the frying pan.

Pour the adjusted juice evenly on top, then pour the white wine and bring it to a boil.

Turn the lid to low heat and cook for 15 minutes.
Tips:
When cooking sea fish, adding white wine can remove the fishy smell and increase the fragrance.
