Braised Fish Segments

Scrape the scales of the carp segment to remove the black belly in the abdomen, and clean it

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, and a small amount of salt to the basin and marinate for 2 hours

Other spices and seasonings are ready

Put more oil in a non-stick pan and fry the fish on both sides over medium and low heat.

Take out the fish segments, save the base oil, add spices and stir fry for a fragrance

Put enough water

Add the fried fish sections, cover the fish and simmer for 15 minutes
