Braised Hare

Put rabbit meat in a pot under cold water, add appropriate amount of ginger slices, green onions and cooking wine to remove blood foam and impurities;

Heat a pan, add appropriate amount of lard, star anise, cinnamon, pepper, dried chili, bay leaves, sliced ginger and green onion, stir fry together;

Stir fry until the aroma is released, then add an appropriate amount of hot pot ingredients and stir fry together;

Add blanched rabbit meat and stir fry;

Add appropriate amount of white wine and soy sauce when stir-frying;
6.
Then add boiling water without the ingredients, cover and cook for 25 minutes;
7.
Uncover the lid and remove the aniseed impurities in it;
8.
Then add the prepared carrot pieces and garlic, and cook for eight minutes;
9.
Add the right amount of salt and pepper seasoning, and just collect the juice on high heat;
10.
Load it into the disk.
