Hare Pickled Vegetable Pot

Boil the hare, add some cooking wine in the water. Blanch the water and cut it into large pieces. When you cut too much snack, it will feel like bones.

I use my own vegetable oil, garlic and ginger, stir fry until fragrant, pour into the rabbit meat and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the color changes, add cooking wine, soy sauce, a small amount of vinegar (less will make the rabbit meat tender, more sour), add winter bamboo shoots slices. (I saw winter bamboo shoots at the food market today)

Stir-fry, mix well, add water and cook for a while. If you like this, you can directly transfer it to a warm pot, and add some garlic sprouts when you simmer for 20 minutes. It looks good and delicious.

Someone in the house has prepared pickled vegetables, cut them into sections, turn them over, boil them for a while, and pour them into a warm pot.

This is the second way to eat it. The garlic sprouts should be added after the stew. This is uglier, but it should be fresher.
