Braised Owl

Wash the fish and marinate the fish for 30 hours with cooking wine and salt to remove the fishy smell

Put ginger and garlic, heat the pot, add fish, stir fry
3.
Stir fry until both sides are slightly yellow, add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar

Add a pinch of salt

Add some water,

Cover the pot, heat up the sauce, and thicken the soup.

Out of the pot!
