Braised Pork with Yam
1.
Peel the yam, wash, and cut into pieces with a hob.

Cut the "cooked elbow" into the pot.
3.
Put in the yam cubes and add appropriate amount of water.

After boiling, put a few pieces of green onion and ginger.
5.
Braise for 10 minutes, stirring once in the middle.
6.
When the yam is cooked thoroughly, add a little salt to supplement the seasoning.
7.
Put it out of the pot and put it in a bowl before serving.
Tips:
1. Because the elbow is cooked, so long as the yam is well cooked.
2. Taste the final seasoning.
