Braised Sand Crab

Wash the sand crabs.

Cut it into strands and take out the yellow from the crab shell. Remove the crab’s stomach and heart.

Saute garlic and chili, pour in sand crab and stir fry.

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, water, and salt for cooking.

Tips:
Next time, you can add some water starch, and the soup will taste really good.
