Braised Tongue Fish

The onion, ginger, and garlic are ready.

The tongue fish is cleaned and scaled, and cut in half.

Wash and chop coriander.

Heat oil in a pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and saute until fragrant.

Change the heat to low and add the fish to fry.

Turn it over and fry it.

Add the beer to the fish.

Add the very fresh soy sauce.
