Braised Yellow Tofu with Oil (less Oil Version)

Heat the wok and add oil. The oil does not need to be too much. The oil is warm, add a spoonful of bean paste and fry the red oil, add a bowl of broth and bring to a boil (if not, use water).

After the red oil soup is boiled, add the yellow tofu, stir-fry, cover and simmer for three minutes.

Open the lid, put in Shanghai Green, and stir fry.

Corn starch + oyster sauce + light soy sauce + water, make it into a sauce, wait for the Shanghai greens to fry and pour into the sauce.

Stir-fry evenly out of the pan, and braise yellow tofu is ready.
