Okra Yellow Tofu

Wash the okra and cut into small pieces diagonally.

Heat a wok with a little oil, wait for the oil to heat up, pour in the okra, stir fry, and pour a tablespoon of boiling water.

The okra should not be fried for too long. Put the yellow tofu into the pot after one minute.
4.
Drizzle with a spoonful of light soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
5.
Serve with okra and yellow tofu.
