Broccoli Cheese Potatoes

Preheat the oven. Boil a pot of salt water. Prick each potato with a fork, place the potatoes on a plate with salted water, and put them in the oven for 10 to 20 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked.

The bacon is frying until it is crispy. Use kitchen paper to suck the grease away.

Put the cauliflower in a pot, add boiling water, cook for 3 minutes, and then drain.

Cut the potatoes lengthwise, then scoop out the mashed potatoes, leaving a 1.5cm thick shell.

Fry the scooped mashed potatoes and bacon for about 3 minutes and serve.

Add butter to the pot, melt it over medium heat, add sour cream, salt, pepper, broccoli, broccoli, chopped green onion, bacon and half of the RICOS Concentrated Cheddar Cheese Sauce. Stir-fry evenly.

Then pour in the remaining RICOS concentrated cheddar cheese sauce and spinach, and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. It can be packed into potato shells.
Tips:
1. Total time: 40 minutes, preparation: 5 minutes, production time: 35 minutes, serving size: 4 servings.
2. Potatoes can be cooked directly in the pot without the oven.
