Brown Sugar Banana Fudge
1.
Put the brown sugar in a pot with a small amount of hot water to melt and let it cool for later use.
2.
Enlarge the bananas in a bowl and mash them with a spoon.
3.
Take a small pot, put in the weighed brown sugar water and corn oil and beat until slightly white.
4.
Add the mashed banana and stir well.
5.
Mix the flour and baking powder well, then sift in.
6.
Knead it into a smooth dough and let it stand for 15 minutes.
7.
Roll out the dough into slices with a thickness of about 0.5 cm, and then use a knife to cut into pieces (you can also use a mold to make your own patterns, I am busy going to work and I just cut and cut)
8.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, put it in the oven and bake for 5 minutes, then take out and brush with a layer of egg mixture, and continue to bake for 15 minutes.
Tips:
Bananas should be ripe and more fragrant, and the baking time should be based on the performance of your own oven.
