This steamed bun is made of brown wheat flour, which is super soft and does not need to be fermented. It can be shaped directly after kneading, which is convenient and fast.

Brown Wheat Buns

1. Prepare the ingredients needed to make steamed buns.

2. Add pure milk and sugar in the bucket, then add milk powder, brown wheat flour, and yeast on top of the flour.

3. Turn on the dough mixing program and knead it into a smooth dough.

4. Roll out the dough and roll it out thin, starting from one end, and rolling it as tight as possible.

5. Then cut into small pieces.

6. Place the small steamed buns on the steamer rack.

7. Put some hot water in the pot, then put it on the steamer rack and let it stand for 20 minutes. Steamed buns can be steamed when the volume is doubled.

8. Put cold water in a pot, bring to a boil on high heat, and steam on medium heat for about 20 minutes.

Tips:

1. There is no milk powder, it can be replaced with flour.
2. In summer, you can wake up without hot water, just wake up directly, and then you can steam.
