Cabbage Heart Mixed with Bean Shreds

Shred the cabbage heart, shred the green onion and set aside.

Slice the spiced bean shreds, cut to more than an inch for use.

Blanch the cabbage heart and bean shreds in boiling water and quickly remove them. (Don't overheat, just burn it once, mainly for disinfection and sterilization).

Chop the coriander and set aside.

Put the shredded bean, cabbage heart, coriander, and green onion in a bowl, add salt and monosodium glutamate, sugar, garlic chili sauce, light soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil.
