Candied Money Tangerine

Wash the money tangerine with water

Put it in the pot, add water and just submerge the tangerine. Bring it to a boil over high heat to remove the bitterness. About five minutes

After it's cooked, fish out the golden tangerine, cut it open and remove it.

Put it in the pot and add water just to cover the golden orange. Add rock sugar and white granulated sugar to simmer together. Use chopsticks to stir a few times during this period. Bring to a boil over high heat first, and collect the juice on a low heat until the water becomes thick and the surface of the orange is shiny.
Tips:
The first time cannot be too long, otherwise the second time it will be cooked badly. When collecting the juice for the second time, stir frequently to avoid mashing the pot. White sand sugar can be increased or decreased according to personal preference. You can eat it in winter and let it dry for a while. In summer, you can put it in the refrigerator before eating.
