Small Snacks-candied Money Tangerines

Ingredients: money tangerine, rock sugar.

First rinse the money orange with water.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of flour and knead back and forth.

The dust and impurities on the orange are all gone.

Rinse well.

Sprinkle another 2 tablespoons of salt back and forth to remove the wax from the oranges.
