Candied Orange Peel

Rub the blood orange with salt to clean the skin

Remove the orange peel

Use a knife to scrape the white flesh from the orange peel

Add water, orange peel, and rock sugar to a small stainless steel pot. (The amount of water is less than that of orange peel, the amount of rock sugar is 1/2 of the weight of orange peel)

Bring to a boil on high heat, then simmer on low heat until the orange peel is transparent and the water is rarely viscous, then turn off the heat. After cooling thoroughly, put it in an oil-free and water-free glass bottle and store it in a sealed refrigerator.

Tips:
1 The white flesh inside the orange peel should be cleaned, or it will be bitter.
2 The orange peel is slightly bitter after it is ready, and it will taste good after two days.
