Candied Orange Peel + Peeled Orange
1.
Let me introduce a better method of peeling oranges first. Wash the oranges and cut off a bit from the head and tail. It is better not to cut to the flesh, then cut a bit in the middle and peel it out by hand.
2.
Take a spoon, this kind of round head is very easy to use
3.
Hold the orange in your left hand, and use the spoon in your right hand to insert the spoon through the cut opening
4.
Scratch the spoon along the top, the top layer of skin and pulp will be separated
5.
The same skin is peeled off after another round
6.
The oranges can be sliced and eaten directly. Let’s start making orange peels.
7.
Cut the orange zest into pieces and put it in a small pot, put in water that has almost the zest, add 30 g of white sugar, turn to a low heat and boil for three minutes, turn off the heat, and then close the lid for another two or three minutes
8.
Take out the orange peel and scrape off the white layer on top with a spoon
9.
Shave and cut into silk
10.
Put it in the pot, add 30 grams of water, 30 grams of sugar, and slowly cook until the water is dry. The sticky sugar is as shown in the figure.
11.
Then put it out, add 30 grams of sugar, mix well, seal and marinate for a few hours for more flavor
Tips:
1. The syrup of boiled orange peel can also be drunk, and the effect is also very good;
2. When not eating, it must be sealed well, otherwise the sugar will melt when it gets wet.
