Candied Pomelo Peel Silk for Nourishing Lungs and Relieving Cough

Prepare a grapefruit.

Cut off the top part of the grapefruit, and use a knife to cross the grapefruit from top to bottom.

Tips:

2. Grapefruit should not be consumed too much.
