Carrot Cake with Egg

1. Slice the carrot cake.

2. Beat the eggs.

3. The radish cake is dipped in egg wash.

4. Heat up a flat-bottomed non-stick pan with oil, add the carrot cake and fry until golden.

5. Flip and fry for 1-2 minutes.

6. Pour in the remaining egg liquid and fry until the egg liquid is solidified.

7. Attach a large flat-bottomed plate to the carrot cake.

8. Turn the pot upside down and the carrot cake will be upside down on the plate.
