Carrot Grape Juice

Wash the grapes and soak them in baking soda water (about 10 minutes)

Put the soaked grapes in cold boiling water, and cut the washed carrots into small pieces, set aside

The original juice squeezer is installed

Put grapes and carrots at the entrance of the machine

One side is the food residue

The other outlet is the squeezed juice
Tips:
Grapes are rich in nutrients, but many nutrients are in their skins and cores. Most people eat the skins and spit out the cores, so the real anthocyanins and flavonoids are wasted. The use of juicing solves this confusion, and the addition of white radish is the icing on the cake!
