Homemade Wine

Wash the purple grapes, remove the soft and bad fruits when washing, and drain the water for later use. And prepare earthen jars and big pots, and also cool and dry water

Squeeze hard with both hands until there are no particles, add a small amount of rock sugar and stir

Slowly pour it into the jar with a bowl and teacup (washed without oil). After pouring all of them, add all the rock sugar (you can also add sugar according to your own taste and the sourness and sweetness of the grapes). Do not fill the jar too much, leave some space for fermentation

Wrap a few more layers with plastic wrap, then cover with a thicker plastic bag and put it on with elastic band. Naturally ferment for about 30 days, squeeze the juice with cotton cloth and filter out, ready to be eaten
