Homemade Delicious Wine
1.
Pick out the damaged grapes first
2.
Put the grapes into a larger basin, add water and an appropriate amount of flour, stir and wash in one direction with your hands (the next step is to clean the dust)
3.
The dusted grapes are soaked in light salt water for 15 minutes to remove the pesticide residue on the surface
4.
After that, put the grapes in a cool and ventilated way to dry the surface moisture. Pick out any bad ones, otherwise the wine will deteriorate.
5.
Prepare sugar and a clean, sealed glass bottle without oil and water, and a large empty basin
6.
Pour the grapes into the basin, add sugar and stir well, crush them with a spoon or just scratch them with your hands
7.
Put into glass jar and seal with plastic wrap
8.
Ferment for about 1 month at room temperature of 25-30 degrees
9.
It looks like it has been fermented for more than a month, with all the grape skins floating on top, and the bottom is delicious wine, but for the time being, I can’t drink it yet and want to start the second fermentation.
10.
Strain the wine with clean and sterilized fine gauze
11.
The filtered wine is put back into the original jar and sealed for secondary fermentation. Put it in a cool place for another two months and it is ready to drink.

This is the wine I made
Tips:
The grapes must be red and purple. The blue ones have poor taste. The ratio of white sugar depends on the taste. I usually use 30 grams of ordinary sugar per pound. White sugar and rock sugar are fine. Rock sugar should be crushed. Just work
