Chaoshan Oyster Baked

Wash fresh oysters to remove moisture (note that small oysters should be selected, and large ones are not suitable for oyster bake).

The duck eggs are scattered and set aside.

Chop garlic sprouts, add fresh oysters, sweet potato flour and salt to mix well.

Put the lard in a hot pan (the oysters fried with pig is more fragrant), pour the accompanying fresh oysters and fry them until the surface is golden, then flip it over.

Fry until golden on both sides, pour in duck eggs.
6.
Drizzle a little lard on the edges and fry until the surface is crispy.
7.
Dip it with fish sauce when eating, it tastes better.
