Chestnuts, Red Dates and Millet Porridge

Cut cooked chestnuts into small pieces.

Wash the millet and soak in water for 10 minutes. Soak the red dates in water.

Add 800 grams of water to a boil, add the millet and cook for a while. The big fire turned to a small fire.

After stirring a few times, add the chestnuts and cook.

After boiling for a while, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes to promote softening of the millet and chestnuts.

Fire again, open the lid, the millet grains have expanded.

Add red dates and wolfberry and cook together.

Cook until the porridge becomes sticky and turn off the heat.

Tips:
After the millet porridge is boiled for a while, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes to promote the rice grains to expand and become soft.
