Chicken Broken Rice Congee

Prepare the ingredients and wash the shiitake mushrooms

Wash the broken rice into the inner pot of the rice cooker, add 3 small bowls of water

The rice cooker is set to cook porridge. When the rice is cooked and not sticky, add the chopped shiitake mushrooms and diced chicken, add the chopped green onion, stir well, close the lid and continue cooking

The porridge is viscous and cooked, add salt and sesame oil and stir well.
Tips:
Shiitake mushrooms and chicken are a perfect match. These two ingredients are very fresh and not greasy.
