Chickpea Tofu Curry Vegan

To prepare the ingredients, I’m lazy, just use cut tomatoes

Prepare the condiments

Tofu, potatoes, tomatoes are cut into 1.5 cm cubes, onion is cut into small pieces, ginger and garlic are chopped, spinach is cut into 5 cm long pieces

Put oil in a pan, heat over medium heat, add ginger garlic, chopped onion, curry powder and chili powder and stir fry for one minute

Add other ingredients except starch, salt, and black pepper. After boiling, let it simmer for 15 minutes, then mix the starch with some cold water, pour it into the pot, mix well, add salt and black pepper, mix well
Tips:
Friends who like mint can add some mint when eating. The taste is heavier. I don’t recommend it personally, I hope I like it
