Chive Cheese Toast

Making soup: 24 grams of high-gluten flour and 120 milliliters of water are put in a milk pan and stirred evenly, put on a low heat on the stove, and keep stirring while heating until it becomes viscous. Let cool in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours, preferably overnight

Put all the ingredients in the main ingredient except butter into the chef's noodles, including the soup

Select the first gear and stir evenly, turn to the third gear for kneading

Stir to the expanded state, you can stretch out the coarse film

Cut the butter into small pieces, mix well in the first stall

Tips:
1. If there is no fresh yeast, you can use 6 grams of dry yeast instead
2. Use frozen yeast to melt in advance, you can use 30ml of milk to melt, the milk in the formula should be reduced by 30ml accordingly
3. In this article, I use a Pacui PE3060 oven. The time and temperature can be adjusted according to the temper of the oven and the brand of toast box.
