Chocolate Tart

Add low-gluten flour and sugar to the milk and mix well

Break the chocolate coins and add them, it’s the same if you don’t break them.

Heat to about 60 degrees on a low heat, just melt the chocolate, don't boil it, just use a flavor temperature of about 60 degrees, so as not to cause the chocolate to separate from oil and water.

Pour whipped cream in

Stir well, let it cool slightly, add the egg yolk,

Divide and stir evenly, serve egg tart water

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, and bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes. The smell of chocolate is all over the room when it’s baked
