Chopped Chestnuts

I bought a catty of chestnuts in the supermarket for 6 yuan.

Soak in clean water and wash it off.

Use scissors to cut on the upper side. Use scissors to safely cut the chestnut meat.

Boil some water, turn on the pot and turn off the heat. Pour in the chestnuts, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
