Sugar Roasted Chestnuts

Prepare the ingredients.

Chestnut chops the cross with a knife.

Put it in the baking tray and brush with some oil to prevent it from sticking.

Melt the sugar with a little hot water.

Tips:
Choose chestnuts that are basically the same size.
The white sugar water is used to increase the sweetness and moisturize the cracks so that the chestnuts will not dry out.
