Chopped Pepper Fish Head

Marinate: Wash the head of the fat head fish, open from the center of the fish mouth, smear with salt, vinegar, and marinate in cooking wine for a few minutes. Then put ginger shreds on top and bottom of the fish head, and spread a layer of chopped pepper

Steaming: Put water in the steamer, and after the water boils, put the prepared fish heads in and steam for about 15 minutes

Sprinkle oil: After cooking, sprinkle with chopped green onion, remove the pan and heat the oil, and pour it on the steamed fish head.
