Chrysanthemum and Snow Pear Soup

Wash the ingredients and set aside.

Peel and cut Sydney pears and soak in chrysanthemums.
3.
Put rock sugar in a small pot and warm water. (Iron pot is not available)

Put the pear pieces in the pear skin and pear cores. (Pears should be peeled and cut into pieces before cooking)

After the water is boiled, cook on low heat for 10 minutes, then put the chrysanthemum and cook for 5 minutes.
6.
A bowl of chrysanthemum and snow pear soup that nourishes the lungs and clears heat is ready.
