Cilantro, Shiitake, Carrot and Pork Dumplings

First cut the coriander, carrots, and shiitake mushrooms and set aside. As for the side dishes, you can add or subtract according to your personal taste

Place the pork in a container and dry it without moisture. Add an egg, 10 spoons of grape seed oil (other oils can be substituted), 4 spoons of cooking wine and stir clockwise. (Personally feel that oil can keep the Q bomb of meat better than cornstarch, the weight is shown in the spoon size)

Pour in all the ingredients, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, and stir clockwise.

This is the finished product. If you can't make dumpling wrappers in a foreign country, you go to a Chinese supermarket and buy ready-made dumpling wrappers. Ps: Recommend homemade sauces (a handful of green onion + a fresh green chili + Laoganma hot sauce + half of garlic + a little sugar + light soy sauce + vinegar)
