Classic Home-cooked Dish---piba Leg Braised Potatoes

Wash the Piba legs and blanch them for later use.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into hob pieces.
3.
Cut the onion, green onion and ginger into slices.
4.
Put oil in the pot and stir-fry the piba legs.
5.
Stir-fry until golden and remove the oil control.
6.
Fry the potato cubes a little bit to remove the oil control.
7.
Leave the bottom oil in the pot and saute the star anise.
8.
Add scallion ginger and onion and stir fry.
9.
Put in the fried pork drumsticks.
10.
Add cooking wine, soy sauce, rock sugar and stir fry evenly.
11.
Pour in boiling water, without the chicken.
12.
Bring to a boil, add potatoes, turn to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes, remove the soup.
Tips:
Fry the Pipa leg to remove the excess fat.
