Prepare materials
2.
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes, then pour in cooking wine, black pepper and salt and marinate for 20 minutes
3.
Boil 2 hard-boiled eggs (fully cooked, you can cook a little longer), then let cool
4.
Fry 3 strips of bacon in a frying pan. Fry for a longer time. Fry out all the oil in the bacon until it becomes charred and crispy. Then let it cool.
5.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees, wrap the marinated chicken breasts in tin foil and put them in the oven, bake for 18 minutes
6.
Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into small cubes, 1 tomato and 1/4 onion (add the appropriate amount according to your preference), and also dice the cold bacon
7.
Put lettuce in the bowl, then put bacon, egg, tomato, chicken breast, cheese, onion (if there is avocado, also diced and put on)
8.
Pour the right amount of Thousand Island sauce into the salad and start eating!
Tips:
The onion tastes more punchy, so if you don’t want to eat it, you don’t need to add it
