Cocktail Fruit Popsicle
1.
Wash nectarines and figs and cut them into molds. Put the fruit into the mold. Pour the Rui'ao cocktail (90ml each of the mixed fruit flavor and peach flavor, I poured three molds each, leave some space not to overfill)
2.
I added two teaspoons of candied kumquat water to each mold, according to my taste. You can also mix sugar or honey in the cocktail first, and then pour it into the mold. Put on the lid of the mold, I didn't use the popsicle stick that comes with the mold here. Freeze in the refrigerator for about an hour
3.
Take out the mold, the popsicle is slightly solid, and insert the wooden stick (if the popsicle stick comes with the mold, ignore this step). Then put it in the refrigerator and freeze to form. All pink drops after being frozen
Tips:
1. Cocktails have a degree. Small pots can't be eaten. Big pots are careful to drink and drive.
2. If there is no mold, we can use disposable paper cups, and tear the water cup after freezing.
3. Do not overfill the popsicle mold, as the water surface will rise after freezing, leaving some space for it.
4. After freezing, take it out and wait for about two minutes to take out the popsicle easily, or rinse the periphery of the mold with tap water to quickly take it out.
5. The size of the mold is different, and the amount of fruit added varies, so the amount of cocktail in the recipe is not necessarily.
