Cocoa Cake Roll
1.
Separate the egg yolk from the egg white. Add corn oil and milk to the egg yolk, and beat it to a slightly thick state.
2.
Add the yogurt and continue to mix well.
3.
Sift in low powder and stir.
4.
After stirring evenly, take about 60g and add cocoa powder to make a cocoa powder batter. "The step without cocoa powder can be omitted."
5.
Next time add white sugar to the egg whites, drip in lemon juice and beat to a small corner.
6.
Take one third of the egg yolk paste and mix it with the egg yolk paste. Pour the egg yolk paste back into the egg whites, and mix well again with the mixing technique.
7.
The amount of cocoa flour is relatively small, just take a small part of the egg white and mix well, then you can pour it into the school kitchen 11-inch non-stick square baking pan at will. For better demolding, tarp can also be used. "You can omit this step if you don't make cocoa."
8.
Pour in the original cake batter,
9.
Scrape and level.
10.
The Dongling oven is preheated to 150 degrees, lowered to 145 degrees, for 25 minutes, preheated for 3 minutes, and bake for 22 minutes in the middle and lower layers.
11.
After being out of the oven, buckle upside down, and gently tear off the tarp after cooling. "The side facing up is used to wrap the cream." Light cream, sugar, and cocoa powder, stir well and beat to this state.
12.
Add whipped cream, white sugar, and cocoa powder, stir well, and beat until this state.
13.
Cut one end of the cake slice diagonally, and spread the cream to the other end about 1cm to stop. The cream is high in the middle and low at the ends. "You don't need to wipe the ends too full, so as not to burst out when you roll."
14.
I rolled it up with my bare hands, or I can use the rolling pin to roll up one end of the greased paper. Put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, it is better to cut.
Tips:
If you don’t eat the cocoa, it can be made into the original flavor. The amount of cocoa powder is omitted, and the amount of cocoa powder is changed to a low powder amount. The addition of yogurt can make the cake slices softer and not easy to crack when rolled. "The yogurt is homemade."
