Coconut Horseshoe Cake

First mix 250 grams of horseshoe powder and 750 grams of coconut milk into a raw paddle;

Also mix 250 grams of horseshoe flour with 750 grams of water to form a raw oar;

Brown sugar and 750 grams of water, boil until the sugar dissolves (the coconut milk method is the same);

When the sugar water is boiling, pour 250 grams of raw oar (the coconut milk method is the same);

Stir quickly until there are no powder particles;

Pour the cooked oar into the raw oar with clean water and stir again;

First coat the steaming pan with a layer of oil, pour a layer of coconut milk paddle, and steam for five minutes;

Then pour in the yellow sugar paddle, steam the same for five minutes, repeat the method until the raw paddle is poured;

Take out, let cool, and cut into pieces.
