Coconut Mille-layered Horseshoe Cake

Divide 250 grams of powder into two equal portions and put them in two plates

Heat to dissolve brown sugar in a 500ml pot of water and set aside

Pour 100ml of coconut milk➕water into 125g of horseshoe powder, mix well and set aside

Add the cold brown syrup to 125 g of horseshoe powder and stir evenly.

Put water in the pot and boil, brush the oil on the steaming rack and add a spoon of yellow paste to steam for 5 minutes

After the yellow paste has been steamed for 5 minutes, add the white paste to the lid and steam for 5 minutes, and keep circulating.

After the pan is cold, take it off the plate

After cooling, cut into pieces according to your preference

The chewy coconut milk horseshoe cake is ready

Tips:
Use a sieve to filter the horseshoe flour for a better taste
