Coffee Cocktail

5g coffee powder, brew with 280ml hot water, let cool

Take a cup and rub a slice of lemon around the mouth of the cup

Dip with white sugar

Pour ice cubes

Tips:
1. The ratio of cocktail to coffee is about 2:1, so the taste will not feel too bitter for coffee.
2. Frozen the ice cubes in advance, and stir the whipped cream with salt for later use.
3. Pour the coffee into the cup after it has cooled so that the ice cubes will not melt too quickly.
