Ingredients

Coffee Dumplings

1. Prepare the ingredients you need;

2. Extract 180 ml of coffee liquid for use. The specific extraction process is omitted. For details, please refer to other extraction teaching posts of Bi Luo Coffee Manor;

3. Wash the glutinous rice and wash the zong leaves for later use;

4. To make coffee rice, pour the extracted coffee liquid into glutinous rice and let it steep for 2-4 hours;

5. When the rice grains show the color as shown in the figure below, and break a grain of rice, you can see that the inside of the rice grain has been evenly infiltrated with coffee liquid;

6. Wrap rice dumplings with coffee rice;

7. After wrapping, put it in a pot of water and cook for about 45 minutes;

8. Wait for the time between cooking the dumplings, add a little water and brown sugar to another pot to make a syrup;

9. Add the boiled syrup to eat the rice dumplings after going abroad;

10. The creamy syrup envelops the mellow aroma of coffee and the fragrance of rice dumplings

11. It's soft and sweet, it tastes nothing~
