Coffee Family Favorite-----coffee Jelly (japanese Style)

Add isinglass powder and 40 grams of cold water to a small bowl, soak in water, set aside.

On low heat, add coffee, sugar, and soaked isinglass powder to the pot; stir slowly to dissolve; after the coffee boils, turn off the heat. (The amount of sugar is added according to your preference)

Prepare a small basin and put in cold water; then sit the coffee pot in the cold water basin and slowly stir the coffee until it is cool.

Pour the cold coffee into the container and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. That's it.
5.
When eating, just top with whipped cream.
