Cold Bean Tendon Sticks

Prepare the ingredients in advance, soak the bean tendon sticks one day in advance

Cut the soaked bean tendon sticks into oblique blades; cut coriander into sections; finely chop ginger and garlic; cut green chilies into oblique blades

Tips:
