Cold Beans π
1.
Bring the water to a boil, drip some oil, remove the head and tail, add the beans and cook for ten minutes π.

Prepare minced garlic, coriander, and chopped chili π.
3.
Pick up the beans in ice water (frozen in advance to make the beans more crispy), and cut into sections π.
4.
Stir the sauce with oil in a hot pan (stir and add soy sauce) π.
5.
Pouring juiceπ.
6.
Green oil, slightly spicy, crispy and delicious carob, I especially like π.
Tips:
1: Beans must be fresh, choose plump ones. What do you want to be dry and soft.
2: You can add some if you like to be jealous.
