Cold Crystal Vegetable Vermicelli

Pick out all kinds of flavours for use

First soak the vermicelli in cold water, then soak in boiling water for about 5 minutes, until it can be pinched, then remove the vermicelli and rinse with cold water to avoid adhesion

Shred carrots and enoki mushrooms, cook and set aside
