Cold Fruit Kohlrabi

Prepare fruit kohlrabi, chili sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, and shallots.

Wash the shallots and finely chop, wash the fruit kohlrabi, peel and shreds for use.

Add another spoonful of oyster sauce
