Soy Sauce with Fruit Kohlrabi

One fruit kohlrabi, cleaned

Peel off the skin
3.
Use a grater to wipe into filaments
4.
Sprinkle a little dried red chili
5.
Pour a little vegetable oil in a wok, heat it up, and pour it on top of the dried red pepper

Add appropriate amount of salt and stir evenly

Plate. Crisp and refreshing, delicious, appetizing and smooth.
Tips:
If you don’t like spicy ones, put a few peppers in a hot pot and it will be very fragrant.
