Shredded Pork with Fruit Kohlrabi

Choose Sunnon’s fruit kohlrabi.

Shred the meat and set aside.
3.
Cut the fruit kohlrabi in half and peel.
4.
Cut the fruit kohlrabi into thick strips.

Heat a little oil in the pot and add the shredded pork to scatter.

Add light soy sauce and stir-fry the dark soy sauce well.
7.
Pour the fruit kohlrabi silk.

Add a pinch of salt.

Stir-fry evenly, after a few minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Turn off the heat, add sesame oil and stir well.
Tips:
Cut the fruit kohlrabi into thick shreds, so that you can appreciate its crisp taste.
You don’t need to add too much salt to this dish. It is mainly seasoned with light soy sauce. The amount is increased or decreased according to your own brand. A bit saltier is just right for porridge.
